Ayalla Joseph is a small design orientated company. Our jewellery is not mass produced, so we do not hold large quantities of stock. All orders are specially made and dispatched directly from the Ayalla Joseph studio in Israel.
We are always happy to meet our clients in person and welcome you to make an appointment to view our complete collection, where we have many more items in variations that are not available on the Web.
We are also happy to custom make jewellery where possible.
Should you choose to order via this website, we aim to ensure your order and payment journey is as simple as possible and have detailed below our order and payment process should you need assistance.
Placing your Order
Once you have chosen your jewellery item, select the relevant colour and size (if applicable) and click ADD TO CART.
Your item will be added to your Shopping Bag and a small titled VIEW CART will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection.
You can view your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking on shopping bag ICON on the very top right hand corner of the site.
When you are ready to place your order, simply visit SHOPPING BAG and click the CHECK OUT button to continue.
Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.
An order confirmation with details of your order (including your reference number) and payment acceptance will also be sent to the e-mail address provided.
This e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched. You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched.
