We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery and hope that you will be happy with your order.

Please check your order as soon as received, in the unfortunate event an item is missing or damaged, please contact us via hello@ayallajoseph.com as soon as possible, and ensure you include your order number (found on your delivery note) in all correspondence.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns or exchanges may be returned to the sender if received outside of the 14 days return policy. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.

You will be reimbursed in full once we have received the item back in accordance to the above and the return has been authorised.

2. Place returns form and your unworn and undamaged jewellery in the original packaging.

3.  Remove all old address labels and apply the returns address label provided.

5.  Send package back via registered mail or courier and ensure you keep the tracking receipt.

You are advised to keep the tracking receipt for your return as we cannot reimburse you should the package go missing without it. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods damaged in transit due to negligent packaging.

International returns and exchanges

6. Please write ‘returning to seller’ near your postage label.

You are responsible for arranging to have the items returned to us and any costs incurred.

Any International customs duties and sales taxes incurred are not refunded on international shipments.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
